Let’s talk about anxiety, and depression for a minute.
First of all it seems that a lot of people have been affected by these two conditions. Even children are being diagnosed with anxiety disorders.
You know the bible has plenty to say about anxiety, and all the other things that come with it.
Not only does the bible have something to say about anxiety, it also gives the cure for a lifetime free from anxiety and depression.
Proverbs 12:25 Anxiety in the heart of man causes depression.
But a good word makes it glad.
Anxiety can lead to depression, depression can lead to suicide if left unchecked. Many are caught in this trap and don’t know how to get out.
Even Christians (God’s Children) are bound by anxiety. I do not believe it is the will of God for Christians to be tormented by anxiety. Therefore I don’t have to accept it when it comes knocking at my door. (Mind & Thoughts).
Proverbs give us one way to keep anxiety out of our lives and families.
A GOOD WORD makes our hearts glad, not heavy but glad. To beat anxiety in your life you must be proactive or you will not get free. Find a church with a preacher that preaches the Holy Word of God. Apply it to your life and let the power of God start working in your life. Listen, going to church is not enough. Everyday we should be reading the bible for edification and spiritual insight. We must memorize scriptures and speak them out, especially when thoughts come that try to make you worry.
I believe with the help of All Mighty God we all can live anxiety free, and glorify Jesus in our lives. Greater is He that is in you!
